It was 1986 when Bruce Kilgore and Peter Moore first released the Air Jordan 2 in the OG white and black colorway, removing the sidewall swoosh and replacing it with Michael's signature Wings logo on the tongue. The entire production of the Air Jordan 2 was outsourced by Nike to Italian factories, mainly in the shoe district of Montebelluna, Veneto.
This Air Jordan 2 is inspired from a Player Exclusive worn by none other than Michael Jordan himself.
